How to order?
For ordering in our online store of the Goods you need:
• Press the "Buy” button near the selected items;
• Go to your Cart and "Checkout";
• Fill in the Registration form;
• Check your order and confirm it by pressing the "Confirm" button.
IMPORTANT: After registration, you should get a message about your order at e-mail, specified at registration.

After you made the order, the information is automatically transferred to the managers.
During the day you will be contacted to finalize the details (relevance ordering, product availability, estimated delivery time and a method of payment convenient for you).
You can also make your order via email or by phone.

Delivery
We deliver the goods to you after every smallest details is agreed.
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out at the expense of the buyer by the company "New post", or any other of the chosen company. Information about tariffs of delivery "New post" can be found at novaposhta.com.ua. Upon receipt of the goods on delivery, you can pay on the spot and in case the goods suddenly will not fit you, you may immediately get it back.
Delivery time
If the item is in stock, your order will be delivered to the specified office of the “New post”, or any other of the chosen company, within 1-3 days after dispatch
You may order a courier for delivery to home.In case the item is not in stock, production time is 14 days from the date of the order and, accordingly, you will receive your item within 14-17 days.
You may discuss all questions about delivery and product availability with a manager who will contact you in any convenient way for you.
Payment
Payment in Ukraine could be done in several ways:
1) in cash at the time of receipt in the office of any company engaged corrier delivery (cod);
2) on PrivatBank card;
3) by Bank transfer.
Warranty
The quality and safety of our fur products are confirmed with certificates.
You can return the item within 14 days in accordance with the Law on consumer protection, and we guarantee a refund.
Exchange of goods of appropriate quality is made, if it has not been used and saved its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, labels, and receipt issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.
